Starborough is a family owned and operated boutique Marlborough wine producer, with vineyards in the Wairau and Awatere valleys. In 1865, William Jones came to Marlborough from England looking for a farm and a brighter future.
Four generations later the Jones family continue that tradition with Starborough wines.

MARLBOROUGH PINOT GRIS
An elegant wine with a finely concentrated palate displaying aromatic white and yellow stonefruits lifted by exotic florals, rose-petal elements and complex nutty and flinty nuances. The wine shows excellent fruit intensity and silky texture, leading to a lingering smooth finish.
MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC
A refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with richness of passionfruit, herb and mineral flavours. The nose is soft and elegantly proportioned with aromas of passionfruit, white floral aromas and nuances of fresh herbs and mineral notes. Lively on the palate and wonderfully structured by juicy acidity.
MARLBOROUGH PINOT NOIR
This fragrant Pinot Noir shows complex aromas of red and dark fruits complemented with savoury, earthy notes and a hint of wild thyme. The palate is ripe with fruit richness and lively flavours of dark raspberries and plum backed with soft, seductive tannins and a lovely hint of pepper on the finish.
MARLBOROUGH CHARDONNAY
Aromas of ripe, fresh yellow stone fruits, complemented with rich, buttery notes and a subtle layer of flint. Generous on the palate - lovely fresh citrus with a well-rounded nutty finish. This wine has intense fruit concentration and the underlying acidity gives great focus.
